From a single unit or remodel to whole-house new construction and commercial fit-ups. Tell us the square footage and schedule and we'll tell you how we'd staff it.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes. Fulcrum Floors is fully insured for residential and commercial work. We can send a certificate of insurance with the bid.
What do you need to send a bid?
Drawings or a floor plan with square footage, the flooring spec (or the allowance), and your target start date. Photos of existing conditions help on remodels.
Can you take on more than the floor?
Yes. On builder and GC jobs, we can also handle stairs, trim, doors, windows, and cabinets. Tell us what you need in the bid request and we'll price it with the floor.
